I believe that everyone goes through struggles and sometimes needs a little help to navigate the crossroads in life. I will work with you to create a specialized personal plan to help you achieve your goals in recovery from Substance use, Behavioral addictions, Trauma, ADHD, Relationship issues and Dual-diagnosis. My training and specialties include working with Adults, LGBTQ, Couples, and Families, using proven techniques, while providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all. , My goal is to work together to promote positive change, growth, and healing to begin to find the strength, hope, and resiliency you want and highly deserve. The services are mainly through Telehealth, although when needed, meeting in person can be an option.
