There is no "arrival" at “wholeness”, but rather strengthening ourselves to both survive the hard and seek fulfillment. , I typically work from a dialectical-behavior approach. Dialectical-focused therapy works to hold two opposites together at the same time, like when we call something a bittersweet experience. Being able to appreciate the opposites together, even when it is hard, gives us a whole new perspective. , I want to support folks from many backgrounds in finding their path in life.
