" Living life presents each of us with unique challenges and difficulties that can live inside of our bodies, often resulting in emotional and physical pain. Learning to listen to and trust our bodys inner wisdom is an empowering experience that can help us to heal and find forward direction with our lives. While I utilize a variety of traditional approaches in my work with clients, I also use mind-body and energy psychology approaches as I feel that these experiences often lead to a deeper more empowering healing for my clients. ", At the core of my work is my relational approach and my firm belief that we all have the power and capability to solve our life challenges. What is often needed, however, is guidance and support from a genuinely caring and attentive therapist who has the tools and ability to help clients find answers that are hidden inside of themselves. , I rely heavily on my intuitive abilities to help me serve as a guide and I help my clients learn to trust their own inner compass in the journey to solve their life challenges. Collaboration with my clients on what approaches feel the most helpful to them is an essential aspect of our work together.
