" I have been a clinical social worker in practice for almost 20 years, working with children, adolescents, and parents. My practice focuses on supporting children in developing the tools, strategies, and self-awareness to navigate lifes inevitable stresses and challenges. I have particular training and experience in treating anxiety and depression and helping children cope with divorce, loss, and other challenges. I also have worked extensively with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. My work with parents focuses on supporting their childs growth and development. ", I integrate evidence-based and traditional therapeutic approaches in my work, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, play therapy, and strength-based techniques. I have significant experience working in public and private school settings as a school counselor. , With compassion and humor, I help clients learn to lead fulfilling lives, have meaningful relationships, and be more productive in school. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where kids feel known and understood. In working closely with parents, I can help address the complex challenges that may be affecting their families.
