I enjoy working with high-functioning, insight-oriented adults, couples, and families from diverse, multicultural backgrounds. My ideal client is struggling with identity issues, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, anxiety/depression, etc. They need a place to process and explore their thoughts and feelings and learn new skills and tools to change their thinking and behavior. Their goals include figuring out the problem, why it is occurring, and how to fix and change it together. My ideal client is motivated, insightful, and expressive. They desire to be in therapy and do the work that therapy requires.
