I want to acknowledge how important it is that you’re taking this step to seek support—it’s not always easy to do.\xa0As an LCSW, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including schools, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I support clients through issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, social and school difficulties, women’s health, and OCD. , My approach is trauma-informed & strengths-based, and I tailor my work to each client’s unique needs, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, & Play Therapy. As a former high-level athlete, I also have a special interest in working with athletes. , I strive to create a space that feels safe, warm, and free of judgment—one where you can freely share your story, process emotions, and collaboratively work toward your goals. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for growth, and I’m dedicated to providing the support and guidance you need as you work through the challenges you’re facing.
