About Us

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. After receiving my Masters in Social Work from Boston College - with a concentration on Children, Youth, and Families - I have worked with a wide array of clients of all ages and backgrounds. During my career, I have worked in community support services, schools ranging from elementary to college, in-home therapy, and community mental health services. For the past five years I have focused on providing in-person and telehealth therapy. , My experience includes working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, school stress and anxiety, divorce, grief, LGBTQIA, and Minority issues.I believe in a positive therapeutic approach utilizing solution-focused therapy. , We will work together to find a treatment plan that fits your individual needs and strengths. My goal is to help provide you with the skills and strategies you need to reach your goals. It is my belief as a clinician that you leave our meetings feeling better and closer to achieving your goals - after every session of therapy we spend together.
