" Hi! I am passionate about working from a strengths based perspective with adults who are inspired to create a life filled with meaning, clarity, confidence, groundedness and joy. Wild Core Coaching LLC emerged from the belief that human beings naturally have an inherent drive towards their most authentic, deeply true self. My role is to guide the collaborative process of navigating the layers that cloak ones core. By engaging in the process of unraveling old stories, challenging our limiting beliefs and unlocking our ability to thrive, we are able to create an identity that rings true, regardless of the world around us. ", I utilize various therapeutic techniques with an emphasis on internal family systems and emotion/body connection. I show up to a session embodying non judgment, humor and direct, honest communication. I invite you to strengthen the mind-body connection and dig deep to spark the innate curiosity to befriend all parts of yourself in an accepting environment. , I am most excited about working with humans who choose to reject the boxes that society creates for us, and who have the drive to follow and celebrate their individual uniqueness. I enjoy helping people attain their fullest expression by tackling internal questions surrounding non-mainstream genders, sexualities, paths and various ways of being in the world.
