We live in extremely stressful times. You might be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD for the first time. Individuals may need support to address their symptoms in order to maintain a healthy baseline of functioning. I believe that people are resilient and have the answers within but often need assistance uncovering them. The process of being mindful of emotions and behaviors, while learning to be present, can lead to a sense of regulation and acceptance. , The breadth of my experience has taught me the importance of building trust and rapport with clients. I address this process through reflective listening and validation of feelings. It is step one in the process. What comes next is a collaboration tailored to meet your needs and goals. , I am trained in EMDR and have found this intervention to be very effective in treating symptoms of OCD, anxiety, and trauma.
