As a clinical psychologist I have worked with folks of all ages and have experience helping people with a range of issues including: anxiety, depression, identity development, stress, relationship issues, grief and loss and life transitions. I utilize a collaborative and flexible approach grounded in a psychodynamic (influence of past on the present) framework. , Cultivating a collaborative relationship is essential to a successful therapy experience. Within the context of this foundation, we can work together to explore, create goals and increase understanding to move you towards ease and relief from whatever distress is present. , My clinical experience has allowed me to work with a wide range of the troubles individuals face.
