Does anxiety, worry and stress control your life? Take control back. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, nationally certified counselor and licensed mental health counselor specialized in assessment and treatment of children, teens, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, OCD and related disorders. I provide evidence based treatment, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I include mindfulness based strategies and principles of positive psychology to empower my clients. In addition to office-based-sessions I offer home and community based treatment, videoconferencing and intensive outpatient treatment as clinically indicated. . , I focus on helping my clients overcome anxiety, worry, obsessions and repetitive behaviors, manage stress and unhealthy response patterns. Other specialties include emotion regulation, anger management, parenting issues, social skills, self-esteem, issues school adjustment issues and coping skills. , My clients describe me as an empathetic practitioner who uses natural kindness and enthusiasm to develop warm and collaborative relationships. It is my ultimate goal to help my clients develop the skills and understanding necessary to overcome their current difficulties and better deal with whatever life may throw at them
