I counsel both individuals and couples coping with stress, anxiety and a history of trauma. Stress can trigger anger and irritability or perhaps generally feeling lost, empty, isolated or disconnected. My goal for my clients is to begin by feeling less isolated and then generally more able to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs. We will work together to improve your communication, strengthen (and heal where necessary) interpersonal relationships and devise some coping skills that will be useful moving forward. Contemplating change takes courage but all things are possible. , " I provide a quiet and supportive environment where clients can take uninterrupted time to focus on just themselves without background noise and distractions.
