Therapy is a safe and private space that I can hold for you where I may aid you in locating a life jacket, developing a crew, patch your boat, and learn to navigate the waters. Whether you find yourself in tousled waters or navigating a new path I would be pleased to work with you. I have enjoyed working with individuals, couples, and families of all different needs for years. , Each therapist has a bit of their own style and flare because we are also individuals. I am aware that some may connect with one aspect of myself better than another and so I work to assess and personalize my approach in an effort to increase the likelihood that we may connect. Similarly, I will tailor my therapeutic approach to what best suits your needs. , I whole heartedly believe everyone should try therapy at least once in their life. There is something truly wonderful about being able to completely open up to a supportive, empathetic, and unbiased individual.
