I have been working for over 35 years with individual adults, adolescents and couples. I am skilled with addressing Issues of depression, anxiety and low self-esteem, using a combination of traditional psychotherapy and practical, supportive skill building encouraging resiliency and an improved quality of life. , I have a speciality in working with adolescents and young adults with learning disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders.
