About Us

" Ive been a mental health professional for 25 years and have spent that time challenging and supporting teens, adults, couples and families facing a myriad of mental health, addiction and life-transition related issues. I have extensive experience working with local school professionals and also thoroughly enjoy working directly with teens and young adults around life-choices, healthy relationships and transition-related challenges as they venture into adulthood. Finally, I provide couples and families support to aid in navigating the demands of marriage, relationships, divorce, parenting and other life stressors. ", My work with clients is a strength-based and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach. I also believe in treating the whole family system, when possible, and feel that the best way to ensure sustainable change is to support and strengthen more than just the individual. My work is goal oriented with a focus on skill building. , I have spent my career working with the wonderfully diverse population of western Massachusetts and thank you in advance for your considering of me as a support option for you and your family.
