I offer relation-oriented, emotion-focused psychotherapy to clients who are interested in relieving symptoms, identifying patterns, resolving conflicts, building satisfying relationships, finding fulfillment in life, etc. My work is trauma-informed due to my passion for trauma treatment, especially that of developmental trauma, and an understanding that traumatic experience is existentially inevitable in human life. I also enjoy helping young professionals, first-time parents, and new immigrants navigate challenging life situations. , Guided by a humanistic and dynamic approach, I help people create desired, lasting changes. Our work together will be highly individualized, to first gain a thorough understanding of you and then meet your unique needs towards emotional growth and other goals. My rich cross-cultural experience is a valuable asset in my work with diverse populations. , As a Candidate training with Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute, I can also provide psychoanalysis in a classical setting (meeting 4x/week, use of the couch, etc.) under the supervision of BPSI supervising analysts.
