" I help clients with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma (among many other issues) find relief and healing through a collaborative, relational, therapy experience. Mental health struggles can be overwhelming and confusing, especially when attempts to manage symptoms dont feel very effective. This can be all the more challenging when symptoms become part of a repetitive pattern one doesnt know how to stop. I work with individuals to understand more deeply what and why they are experiencing their particular struggles, allowing for a more individualized treatment approach that enables a substantial shift in wellbeing.
