In therapy, I help clients gain skills to identify triggers, employ boundaries, and practice self-compassion. , Although I customize to each client, my therapeutic approach is rooted in developing a long-term relationship with clients and leveraging modalities in interpersonal psychotherapy, attachment theory, and CBT skills.
