About Us

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and have 10 years of experience providing therapeutic care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked intensively with individuals who are struggling with complex trauma, PTSD, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with families and couples who struggle to effectively communicate in an effort to find common ground and to work towards conflict resolution. , I utilize eclectic therapy to best meet the needs of the individuals and families with whom I work with. My approach includes person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy. I operate from a trauma-informed and strength-based lens that is emotionally focused. I am an LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC ally and I support my clients from a culturally mindful framework. , As a therapist my goal is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for clients to share thoughts and feelings openly.
