I work with those who are struggling with life changes, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am trained in trauma-focused CBT and EMDR, and I use mindfulness techniques, DBT and client-focused psychotherapy. , The most important part of therapy is a therapeutic relationship built on trust.
