I believe most conflicts within a relationship comes down to effective communication skills, and an openness to look at ones own needs for self-growth. Our early childhood experiences, most often shape our belief systems, and these beliefs may not be moving us in the direction of our dreams and goals. Fear of failure, fear of judgement, fear of change, is often the cause for dreams unrealized. Those I work with should have a strong desire for change, and be willing to sit with their emotions, practice skills learned in session, and commit to living their best lives ", " I believe that a strong rapport with ones client is the foundation for creating change. Clients will feel accepted, valued and supported in their journey. Clients will be challenged to move beyond their comfort zones to create the change they desire. When working with a client, I look at the whole unique individua taking into account, mind, body and soul.
