About Us

For close to 40 years, I have had the honor and privilege of helping people achieve more gratifying, fulfilling and meaningful lives. Through an active, collaborative, and compassionate approach, I focus on the unique needs of each of my clients. As a seasoned clinician, I have work with a broad range of issues - from mental health disorders to life/work challenges to parent guidance. , We are all the products of our experiences. While many of these allow us to develop strengths and purpose, certain experiences can create blockages that interfere with achieving goals and satisfaction. In a supportive, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive environment, I help clients identify and overcome their hindrances and attain desired lasting change. , Therapy is a process that can be brief and focused or open-ended and exploratory, and offers many options to find growth, healing, and self-understanding. I work with my clients to find the right path that best meets their needs to achieve their goals and find well-being. I am both fortunate and honored to accompany each individual on this journey.
