I have immediate appointments open for both in person and virtual sessions (generally from 9am-3pm). I see therapy as a collaborative process in which I listen to how you want to move forward with your goals. My hope is to provide my clients with the tools, skills and supports needed to achieve what it is they are looking to change in their lives. My style is gentle, compassionate and strengths based. I believe that true healing is achieved in the context of genuine, authentic relationships with a trusted helping professional. I have extensive experience working with women both starting their journey into adulthood and women who are starting their new role as a mother.
