*Practice is currently full* I am an MGH-affiliated psychologist with a private practice in Arlington for adults and young adults. Specialties include managing stress; depression; anxiety (social anxiety, panic, generalized anxiety); relationship concerns; and coping with infertility, cancer, and other medical illnesses. I have also worked extensively with clients whose lives have been impacted by family members, partners, or others close to them who have personality disorders, depression, or other illnesses. My training and experience is in cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and most recently, mindfulness-based approaches. , My practice would likely be a good fit if you prefer a warm, interactive style. We can work short-term on a focused concern, or longer-term more comprehensively. I believe that therapy is about honoring your unique experiences and then bringing skills, knowledge, and compassion to empower you to live your best life now.
