I enjoy working with burnt-out perfectionists, those struggling with anxiety, depression, lack of self-esteem/self-worth, obsessive compulsive disorder, relationships, and life transitions. I also have specialized experience in supporting people in recovery from eating disorders. I particularly enjoy working with college-age and post grads who are exploring their transition into adulthood as well as individuals facing grief/loss of a pet.
