About Us

I work with clients from a relational perspective based on the attachment model. In the past 25 years, I have worked extensively with adult clients individually or as a couple to work through depression, anxiety, and other mental health illnesses due to the relational trauma with their significant others. We will work together to process through old relationship patterns related to mental illness, rebuild a secure attachment experience, and build a new working model for your life. Our work together is to transform traumatic experiences into a fulfilled and satisfying life. , I have worked extensively with adult survivors of childhood family abuse. Trauma recovery has been the center of my work. I am a certified EMDR and an AEDP level 3 trained therapist. With Ph.D. training in Couple and Family Therapy, I work with clients from relational and systemic perspectives, especially in recovery from relational and attachment injuries. , " I understand the hopelessness and aloneness in the human struggle.
