I bring a non-judgmental approach to therapy. I offer a safe environment that will provide you with a supportive place for you to begin to build skills and to navigate life challenges. As a mental health professional with over 6 years of experience working with children and adults in the mental health field, I have helped individuals learn to live healthier lives. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I have the tools and skills to teach you how to find strength and motivation to succeed. , I have worked with adults, adolescents and children who were residents in group homes, inpatient psychiatric facilities as well as those in detoxification units. I have provided individual and group therapy and have found that my strength comes from helping to create successful transitions for my patients to happier lives. , My personal and professional experience taught me that sometimes life challenges can overwhelm us and prevent us from experiencing happiness and wellbeing.
