I am a Latina therapist trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed), who works with adolescents and adults in-person and via telehealth in the state of Massachusetts. I practice through a social justice, trauma-informed, and liberation health lens. I aim to create a therapeutic space that centers and uplifts\xa0the needs of people with marginalized identities and bodies, such as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals. , My focus involves working with individuals and couples with trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
