As a result of my training and experience, I have been fortunate to see people change and grow while in therapy. I facilitate the collaborative process that enables individuals to learn how to handle lifes challenges and overcome whatever made them initiate therapy. I watch people become more aware of who they are and how they operate in the world. With that knowledge and self-awareness, people can make different decisions. ", I believe that each person knows themselves the best. Each person has the answers to what they need to do. My job is to help them realize what that is by deeply and actively listening to what they are saying. When that happens, anxiety and depression often lessen. , I see myself as a facilitator who helps people re-discover themselves so that their self-image is one of a whole being rather than as a broken one.
