About Us

" It is strange and often hard to be a human being. I walk alongside my clients amidst lifes chaos to demystify each persons unique inner world. I encourage getting curious about symptoms rather than judging or condemning them. I am passionate about couples work in particular - this is my current specialty/focus. I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA, where I studied dream/imaginal work & unconscious processes. My work is primarily psychodynamic & depth-oriented - striving to uncover what has been forgotten, digging deep, & viewing all parts of self as valuable ", I see many nonbinary, trans, nonmonogamous, and queer clients and I enjoy helping clients reimagine their identities. I approach therapy creatively, with plenty of humor! As a musician, I understand the nonlinear nature of growth. I enjoy dream work, parts work, and assisting clients in finding resonance. Helping clients get "un-stuck" is my strong suit. , I am accepting new couples seeking therapy self-pay only. Couples (and poly relationships) are my priority at this time but I will consider individuals who are interested in depth work.
