My goal is for you to feel accepted and empowered. I believe in building a therapeutic space that is safe, unbiased, person-centered and trauma-informed. We will work together to navigate internal and external struggles; identify and organize thoughts and feelings; develop functional ways to cope with things in life that are outside of your control; identify patterns of behaviors; and learn how to manage things that feel unmanageable. ", I specialize in working with adults who struggle with navigating the perinatal period and adjustment to motherhood; substance use, whether their own or that of a loved one; trauma; adjustment to life stressors; depression; & anxiety.
