Currently accepting IN person (Brookline) AND telehealth clients! A question posed by my mother entering into any conversation growing up, whose repetition used to grind my gears, is now a question I find myself constantly embodying and valuing in my professional life: “Would you like me to respond, or would you like me to listen?” As a therapist, I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to serve as a guide, facilitator, and safe space as I collaborate with you to explore your therapeutic goals. Depending on what feels helpful to you, I am able to act as your sounding board & challenge you. , My systemic training and professional development drive me to view your struggles in the context of your relationships. Whether you are one person or a family of six, I apply a relational perspective and consider the impact of all systems you are a part of, including family, friends, community, culture, identity, etc. , Wherever you are is where our work begins. My style is compassionate, transparent, curious, and collaborative. I create an environment that invites you to engage vulnerably and explore openly with yourselves and with one another, shifting towards growth, understanding, connection, and repair.
