Welcome! I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families while specializing in treating couples, individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD and adjustment to life transitions.\xa0 With a compassionate approach, I use EFT couples therapy to help couples identify negative patterns that may be pushing their bond further apart. We will tailor an agreed upon plan to work on goals of wellness that fit your unique situation. Evidence based practices (CBT, EFT, DBT) are what I use in treatment.
