For the past 21 years I have worked with women and men of all ages facing issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, bereavement, post-partum depression, relationship/marital stress, and infertility. My training is primarily psychodynamic, but my approach is holistic, and I have studied alternative therapies, including shamanic healing and mindfulness. I am particularly interested in the intersection between emotions, nutrition, and spiritual wellness. My office is located in Dedham, but since March 2020 I have been conducting all therapy online, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
