Hello. My name is Elizabeth Blake DelVecchio. I am a licensed mental health counselor. My focused areas of practice include children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in areas such as adjustment disorders, body image, anxiety, self-esteem, depression and trauma. My approach is always to gain initial trust and utilize the best therapies needed for each individual. , My approach is to help clients gain a sense of trust and build on that relationship with whatever type of therapy works best for the individual. My areas of expertise include working with children and adolescents by way of various techniques including art, drama, writing, as well as cognitive behavioral strategies, supportive therapy, and play therapy. , I have always wanted to help and encourage other people from an early age. The knowledge of being able to encourage young people through various challenges is what drives me to do this work.
