Starting therapy is a powerful step toward personal growth and fulfillment. In my therapy practice I strive to create a welcoming, collaborative space for clients. I provide individual therapy to preteens, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with a variety of treatment issues including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, depression, chronic illness, and challenging relationships. , I have a calm, empathic style and focus on helping clients draw on their strengths to reach individualized goals. I integrate different therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relational therapy. I support clients in developing self-awareness and learning effective coping strategies. , The client-therapist relationship is an incredibly important part of the process.
