About Us

I offer my clients strategies for growth and change that align with their values and goals. My Holistic and Integrative psychotherapy and Life Coaching is Strength Based and Solution Focused. I am committed to forming a collaboration designed to help you find your own unique path to Wellness, Fulfillment and Happiness. I am also committed to making Therapy and Life Coaching accessible financially, especially to those with no Health Insurance, or if you have concerns about privacy and insurance. I have experience working across the lifespan and with couples. Adolescents and young adults find me particularly easy to talk with. , Spiritual and Existential questions are often critical components of our lives, and can be a source of blocked energy and creativity. I also offer consultation and support around caring for our elders, especially being mindful of self care while in the role of caregiver.The connection between our personal narratives and societal issues is always acknowledged , I draw from Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapies. Taming/Befriending the Inner Critic, is an important focus for many. I utilize the work of Tara Brach, Brene Brown and others as well as Meditation, Body Awareness and Earth awareness/ Eco-Psychology to help clients reach greater Self Compassion and Acceptance.
