Having difficulties managing and regulating your thoughts, feelings, and emotions? We all do at times. I will be introducing a specialized treatment to individuals who are interested in addressing all of the above. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience, my mission is to work with you to gain increased insight, awareness, to give you all necessary tools to increase your abilities leading to personal growth & positive change. My approach is similar to Trees/Plants. We all have roots. At this time I am only currently accepting new patients for tele mental health. , People may ask what is the purpose of Therapy and having a Therapist? What I ask is why is a Therapist better than a friend? I believe the answer to all of the above is due to speaking confidentially to a non judgmental non biased positive empathetic individual.
