While my primary focus is building a genuine connection and individualizing my approach to each person’s specific needs, I am trained in numerous forms of therapy, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. , I have worked with children, teens, families, couples, & young adults in both individual & group settings. I have specialized experience with LGBTQIA+ affirming care, OCD, Selective Mutism, and family conflict. I put a strong emphasis on continuing to educate myself on social justice and antiracist practices to create an inclusive therapeutic environment. , I currently provide animal-assisted therapy, nature-based therapy, and telehealth therapy options through Aviv.
