Hello, I\m Dr. Aniskovich, or "Dr. Kat", a clinical and school psychologist. With a wealth of experience across various settings, such as clinical, outpatient, and school, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults with neurodiverse backgrounds. Many people think of therapy as the last resort before things go downhill. I am however, an advocate and a big supporter of therapy as a proactive and preventative tool to help people learn about themselves and their inner strength. While creating a nurturing space, I focus on teaching my clients to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. , I find immense fulfillment in working with clients, and my guiding principle is to foster a healthy lifestyle through preventative work. My therapeutic support for clients incorporates a blend of evidence-based techniques, including behavioral, CBT and mindfulness activities, alongside the development of resiliency and crucial social skills.
