" I am a clinical social worker with 30+ years of social work experience.My work with Individuals and families focus on building a strong foundation that can help weather lifes stressors. I work with primarily adults 18 and older with Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Parenting, Life Transitions, Grief and Bereavement, Aging and Self Defeating Behavior. When confronting a major loss it is a shock to the body and mind. Working through the grief and pain helps you gain the motivation and confidence to learn to adjust to the changes. Developing courage and acceptance is a process. ", I also have a particular interest in working with couples and families who want to feel more emotionally connected. Learning to communicate more effectively with your loved ones and resolve conflicts will reduce loneliness, fear and anger and increase more caring behaviors.
