I will thoughtfully listen to your concerns and assist you in problem solving, gaining insight and attaining a capacity for contentment, joy and connectedness. ", I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression or anxiety seeking new ways to cope. I specialize in the treatment of relationship problems. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relaxation Training, Mindfulness techniques and fostering resiliency. , I am a psychotherapist with a six year teaching appointment to Brown University Medical School. My 20+ years of experience includes psychotherapy with individuals, families and couples.
