" It is all too common to be struggling with stress, worry, low mood, and uncertainty in our world today. I work with people around issues of anxiety and depression, loss, the suffering of trauma, struggles with relationships or family or work, life changes and transitions, and creative blocks. Sometimes people come to therapy because of past issues. Sometimes they are stuck in repetitive patterns of thinking and feeling without even knowing it. Sometimes they dont feel true to themselves or they have lost their way or zest for life. ", Deep listening to your story, dialogue, inner exploration, challenging negative beliefs, accessing strengths, mindfulness, and mind-body approaches are some of the ways we might work together. I am interactive and approach my work with respect, reflection, honesty ... and sometimes humor. , I trust in our innate inner strength and courage to overcome difficulties.
