My practice is currently full and I am not accepting new clients. If you are on this website, chances are you may be suffering in some way and are ready to get help. Congratulations on your courage and in taking the first step! Therapy is really just a way to cultivate awareness of your "inner landscape" so we can identify and address unhealthy patterns that may be keeping you “stuck” in order to heal your suffering. You will think more clearly, feel more emotionally regulated, make wiser decisions, and improve the quality of your life and relationships. , Somatic Experiencing is a gentle way to also assist in that process. SE can help release accumulated stress and trauma by directing your attention to internal sensations that may be "stuck" in the body. It can help restore your nervous system to a more relaxed state so that you can live with more ease, flexibility and be more resilient to life’s stressors. , There is no real "magic" in therapy - what truly helps is being in a supportive, nonjudgmental, compassionate and comfortable space in order to explore your inner and true self.
