About Us

" I am a Clinical Social Worker and provide psychotherapy in Metrowest Massachusetts. I have been working in the mental health field since 1999. I offer a safe, inclusive and non-judgmental environment for adults. I take an active role in the therapeutic relationship to challenge clients to change and gain clarity. I have a special experience with treating depression and anxiety, mens health, young adults/ college students, LGBTQ and adults with learning differences or neuro-atypical / neurodivergent (ADHD, NVLD, Aspergers, high functioning Autism (ASD). I also offer Clinical Supervision to Social Workers. ", My foundation is in Strengths Perspective, I use a combination of evidenced based models and techniques: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Narrative Therapy, Humanism, Psychodyamics, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, IFS Gottman Method and Systems Theory. I am most effective treating Depression, ADHD, Anixety Bipolar, Addiction , I am located in the Metrowest area of Boston ( Framingham) , which is convenient to: Wellesley, Dover, Southborough, Natick, Ashland, Holliston, Weston, Wayland, Sudbury, Hopkinton, Needham, Newton, Marlborough, Sherborn, Maynard, Hudson, Westborough, Worcester, Newton, Cambridge.
