Hello! My name is Danica, thank you for considering me for your mental health needs! I have been a licensed mental health counselor for 10+ years. I am registered Art Therapist and utilize expressive therapy in my work. I enjoy working with middle school aged children, adolescents, adults. I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADHD, Life challenges and family challenges. I have experience working with a variety of populations from children and adolescents to adults. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA2S+ community. , I utilize a person-centered approach in treatment. I aim to make my services comfortable for clients by providing care in their homes via telehealth, I tailor my treatment to each unique individual and find ways to make therapy work best for You! I utilize interventions from multiple theories including CBT, DBT, Internal family systems and ARC. , Starting therapy is a big step, its challenging to find the right therapist that will help you to feel comfortable while taking on change.
