I specialize in working with children, adolescents and young adults. I utilize DBT, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health challenges, including substance use, and addictions. I believe in meeting people where they are in order to guide them towards self-awareness. , I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in acute care and outpatient settings. I earned my Masters in Social Work from Springfield College. , Effective therapy requires a relationship between patient and provider founded on trust and mutual understanding.
