Deciding to seek out therapy can be difficult and making a connection with the right person even more so. Knowing something about the person you are hoping can help you can make the start of the process easier. I began working in the field at 16 for an afterschool program at an outside placement school, things progressed from there. From then to now I completed a BS in Business and an MEd in Counseling & School Adjustment, I obtained an LCMHC in NH and LMHC in MA. I have worked with individuals, couples and families in many settings including schools, residential programs, detention settings, office settings and in the community. , My main focus is with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, school issues, substance and dual diagnosis, conflictual relationships, parenting, sexual orientation, gender identity, anger management, court involvement and custody issues. , My approach to therapy is eclectic and I work to develop a plan with you to address your specific needs.
