I work with children and adults who are seeking stability through life events and stressors. My clients are ready to approach change and healing with a clinician who understands their hesitation and uncertainty. Life transitions and unexpected events can activate parts of us that feel disorganized, fearful, and lost. You don’t have to figure out the hardest moments of your life alone. I can be reflective and curious alongside you through these life transitions that often can be hard to navigate. , My clients will tap into skills necessary to regulate and refocus on their present needs. We’ll sift through the usual mental health treatments that can often feel gimmicky but remain evidence based practices. We can take an honest look at these strategies together and determine which could make sense to utilize and feel authentic to your experience. , Together we’ll reflect on your most pertinent thoughts, feelings, desires, and needs. By elevating your voice you may find a deeper connection to yourself and others. In my practice I bring warmth, compassion, and humor to every session.
