Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile! I offer support to those with health based anxiety, general anxiety, and chronic health conditions. I have personally experienced chronic health concerns as both a caregiver and a patient. This has fostered my love of working with individuals who have been affected by the complexities of co-occurring mental and physical health complications and for caregivers as well. My approach is holistic meaning we focus on the mental, physical, and spiritual parts of life. Additionally, I also enjoy working with clients with depression, relationship challenges, and coping with unexpected life stressors. , No matter what your experience I will work with you to identify your goals and to understand the thought patterns that are getting in your way. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment to explore core beliefs and to foster a space for therapeutic conversations. I work with my clients to gain clarity and insight into misused elements of thought. , I provide the space for insight into becoming your best self.
